We charge a 10% fee to cover various operational costs. This includes a 3% cut for handling the payment gateway, 2% for logistics, and 5% for managing customer support, chargebacks, and refund requests. This fee helps us ensure that we can provide excellent service to both our designers and customers.

We want to ensure that getting paid is as simple as possible for our designers. That's why we've chosen to use PayPal for payouts. It's a widely accepted, secure platform for transferring money globally.

To maintain the quality of our marketplace and ensure each submission gets the attention it deserves, we limit submissions to 2 templates per week. This enables our team to properly review and process each submission.
