If you get the “Incompatible Archive” error, you’re using a version of WordPress where zip files created on Mac cannot be installed. The WordPress team has realized their mistake and are working to resolve it in an upcoming WordPress update.
In this case, you need to prevent Safari from automatically unzipping downloaded ZIP files. Go to the Safari top menu and click on Preferences.
In the Preferences window, navigate to the General tab and uncheck the option ‘Open safe files after downloading’.
You can then download the zip file from our website and install it.
Alternatively, you can use a browser such as Google Chrome to download the zip file.
